Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (Bonus Eligible)

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor security systems and analyze potential threats in real-time.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents and alerts.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure system configurations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology solutions.
  • Support compliance efforts with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits and risk assessments.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in Cybersecurity administration.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT security role.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security architecture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or GSEC.
  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

Working Conditions:


  • Full-time position.
  • Office environment. Hybrid work options following probationary period. 80000.00 To 120000.00 (USD) Annually
