📍 Location: Gilbert, Arizona | 🕒 Full-Time | On-SiteAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you have experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning, and enjoy being the bridge between customers and internal operations? If so, we want you on our team.We’re hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to join us at our Gilbert, AZ office, where you’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring smooth coordination across sales, demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, and especially our Mexico (MX) operations.

This is a highly collaborative role where clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership are essential.

What You’ll Do


  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers, understanding their needs and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.
  • Build trust and maintain productive working relationships across internal teams and with MX-based operations.
  • Manage and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Work closely with sales, planning, manufacturing, and logistics to align priorities, schedules, and delivery expectations.
  • Provide regular order status updates and act swiftly to resolve any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer onboarding, including part number setup and training for new customers.
  • Help automate and improve the customer experience through systems like EDI.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Create and analyze financial sales reports to support business decisions.
  • Assist with capacity planning and coordination with contracted factories.
  • Train and support other Customer Experience team members.

What You Bring


  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, planning, or logistics, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Proven experience working across multiple functions—particularly manufacturing, logistics, and sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills—especially working with teams in Mexico or international operations.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Sage X3 is a plus.
  • Experience with project management is beneficial.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, given the frequent collaboration with MX teams.
