Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and customer obsession.Job Summary:Sendoso is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 2–3 years of AP experience to support our growing finance operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and clear communication with internal teams and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and code invoices in alignment with internal policies and approval workflows
  • Manage vendor onboarding, W-9 collection, and maintain accurate vendor records
  • Assist with weekly payment runs, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
  • Participate in process improvement projects to streamline AP workflows and improve efficiency
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a SaaS and US Based company
  • Experience using ERP systems  as well as procurement platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Netsuite & Tipalti
  • Familiarity with 1099
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling environment
