Broker Account Manager

Learn more about who we are here!We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Account Management team! The Account Manager works with Broker Partner,  HR Directors, CFOs and CEOs of organizations Remodel Health Serves  in order to build long-term relationships with our customers. Account Managers establish key success criteria with customers during implementation and consult with customers to achieve their desired outcomes. This role will support multiple accounts with approximate annual revenue of $2M+.If this sounds like you, explore the job specifics below:

Responsibilities:


  • Work in partnership with our sales division to set expectations and the timeline for on-boarding organizations
  • Provide on-going training, support, and education for the Broker, HR Director, CFO and executive stakeholders
  • Subject matter expert in all areas (MEC, HRA, HSA, ICHRA, Compliance)
  • Monitor and provide consultation for compliance measures of assigned organizations
  • Expectation to build relationships and customer loyalty that lead to referral business
  • Responsible to evaluate and restrategize our custom solution each year with the client and identify new product solutions to meet identified needs (ancillaries, insurance changes, HSA/HRA)
  • Responsible to plan and organize the annual renewal process for assigned organizations
  • Responsible to provide monthly updates on each account to Director/VP
  • Quarterly meetings with assigned organizations built around an annual retention calendar

Experience and Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience managing clients with greater than $10,000 in annual revenue
  • 3+ years of experience in health insurance preferred
  • Managing customer retention efforts preferred

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience.
  • Health & Life License preferred
  • Medicare Licensed - Bonus
