Job Summary
The Product Marketing Associate will serve as a critical bridge between the Product and Marketing teams, ensuring our go-to-market efforts reflect the innovation and momentum behind Libsyn's product roadmap. This person will lead strategic initiatives that support new feature adoption, new customer growth, and retention across the full customer lifecycle.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary liaison between Product and Marketing, driving visibility and alignment around Libsyn’s product roadmap.
- Own the strategic positioning and GTM rollout of new feature launches to existing customers across multiple channels, meeting aggressive feature adoption goals.
- Own the execution of customer onboarding and online cancellation experiences, with a focus on reducing churn and improving early retention.
- Manage and optimize the new customer conversion funnel on Libsyn.com, using data and insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports product education, feature adoption, and lifecycle marketing.
- Contribute to the execution of Libsyn’s multi-channel content marketing strategy across blog, email, webinars, and social platforms.
- Define success metrics for key customer experience moments and partner with Analytics to track and communicate performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing within a SaaS or digital media company.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, onboarding best practices, and performance optimization for conversion funnels.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product / Engineering teams to bring go-to-market strategies to life.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus!).
- Proficiency with CMS tools (WordPress a plus!).
- Working knowledge of HTML, email template editing, and basic design principles.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across both technical and customer-facing content.
- Data-savvy and able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a plus.
