Found Search Marketing (FoundSM) is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated problem solving Associate Campaign Manager to join our team. This entry-level role will support the launch, optimization, and maintenance of performance-driven paid media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing or using data to drive decisions and is eager to grow their skills in performance paid media through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ROUTINE ACTIVITIES
Campaign Launch & Optimization Support:
- Assist with the end-to-end setup of paid media campaigns, including ad copy creation, asset uploads, campaign builds, and performance configurations.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign strategy.
- Support in managing campaigns settings, targeting, budget portfolios, bid strategies, labels, alerts, rules, platform recommendations, etc.
- Map assets to reports and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
- Assist in forecasting and generating estimates as needed for planning.
- Assist in executing optimization tasks such as ad copy refreshes, bid adjustments, and targeting expansion/reduction in an effort to meet or exceed client KPIs.
Account Maintenance & Housekeeping:
Perform scheduled and ad hoc campaign audits and analysis of Search Query Reports (SQRs).Help ensure campaigns remain aligned with account/client objectives and industry/FoundSM best practices.Manage and maintain digital media spend, budgets and pacing for multiple clients.Performance & KPI Tracking:
- Monitor campaign performance through platforms or reporting on a recurring basis, surfacing insights and anomalies to account teams.
- Share data and performance notes to support strategic decisions, including competitive research and optimization planning.
- Generate or update reports as needed for one off initiatives or on-going monitoring.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
- Execute test plans to identify the most effective bidding, creative, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Help troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, performance discrepancies, or platform errors, such as tracking parameters, campaign/asset mapping, etc.
- Establish and maintain budget and performance alerts within ad platforms.
- Monitor alert channels (e.g., Slack), platform alerts, and reports. Escalate issues to the appropriate team members to ensure timely resolution.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of campaign setups, performance trends, partner nuances, and internal processes.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date for cross-functional team use.
- Take and distribute call notes to document key client inputs and follow-up items.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Informatics and/or other related degrees/majors.
- Internship or 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or paid media role is a plus.
- Familiarity with or certifications on ad platforms such as GoogleAds, Meta, or Microsoft Ads is a plus.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting and data analysis is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willing to challenge assumptions–an inquisitive nature and desire to always find ways to improve.
- Passion for learning and developing within a fast-paced marketing environment.
- This is a hybrid role - you must be willing to work at least three days in office at our headquarters in Fishers, IN for a minimum of the initial 90 days of employment.
