Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Contract Manager with a strong background in procurement services to lead the full contract lifecycle across vendor and client engagements. You will play a pivotal role in drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of procurement-related contracts while ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and aligning with business objectives. This role requires a strong command of contract law, vendor management, and contract lifecycle tools to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement contracts, including vendor agreements, service-level agreements, NDAs, and client contracts.• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies.• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive, legal, finance, and operations teams to align contractual terms with strategic sourcing goals.• Proactively identify and mitigate contractual risks while supporting negotiation strategies.• Oversee contract performance, renewal timelines, deliverables, and compliance milestones.• Maintain and optimize the use of a Contract Management System (CMS) for tracking and reporting.• Lead contract closeout, extension, and renewal processes with a focus on value and risk mitigation.• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related queries, disputes, and escalations.Requirements Required:•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of contract management experience, with at least 2 years in procurement or supply chain environments.• Deep understanding of procurement contracting, vendor risk management, and commercial terms.• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Coupa).• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant contract management platforms.Preferred:• JD, MBA, or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) certification.• Experience working in procurement services industry.
