Position Overview: Junior Associate Paid Media Manager
This full-time apprenticeship is ideal for a curious, analytical thinker who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop foundational skills in paid media advertising. The Junior Associate Paid Media Manager (JA PMM) supports the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across a wide array of platforms—including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Digital OOH.Under the mentorship of experienced team members, the JA PMM will work on real campaigns, helping to drive results for clients while learning best practices in strategy, execution, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
- Campaign Support:Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support in pulling data, analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and helping prepare performance reports that drive actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Help monitor campaign spend and pacing to ensure alignment with allocated budgets and client expectations.
- Platform Learning: Develop platform-specific knowledge by shadowing senior media managers and completing platform certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal account teams, creative teams, and vendors to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall strategy and timelines.
- Audience & Keyword Research: Contribute to research and ideation around targeting strategies, keyword opportunities, and messaging recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Support QA efforts to ensure campaigns are set up accurately and running smoothly with correct tracking and targeting in place.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in feedback sessions and team meetings to improve campaign performance and personal development.
- Market Trends: Stay curious and informed about the latest in paid media trends, tools, and technologies to contribute innovative thinking to team discussions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong interest in data, performance marketing, and digital trends.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic about learning in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
