If you’re excited by the potential of LLMs, voice AI, and building category-defining technology with a kind, ambitious team, you’ll love it here.As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead and drive the vision for a major part of our Conversation Intelligence Platform. We are developing new automation capabilities at a rapid pace given the recent advancements in GenAI, and this is a great opportunity to dive headfirst into this technology. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our future product landscape, and will work closely with the Application Engineering, Machine Learning and Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery) to integrate cutting-edge Machine Learning technologies into our product suite to deliver unparalleled value to our customers on a large scale.

What You'll Do


  • Lead key initiatives for Replicant’s Conversation Intelligence product, turning Replicant’s vision of the next-generation contact center into reality
  • Engage with customers and end-users to understand needs and translate insights into product enhancements
  • Work with a cross-functional Engineering, Design, and GTM team to deliver generative AI-powered solutions that solve customer needs and drive business value
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in the field of LLMs and AI, and ensure Replicant remains a leader in this space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and leadership across the company

What You'll Bring


  • 5+ years of product management experience, including developing 0-to-1 value propositions
  • Deep data orientation with experience making data driven decisions including defining the right KPIs and setting aggressive goals
  • Experience bringing structure to unstructured bodies of work, developing strategy, and adapting to change
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders

Nice - To - Have's


  • 1+ years experience in AI/ML
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup
  • Experience working in research or other development programs with very high ambiguity, technical complexity, and risk
