We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and take a lead role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software that delights users and drives business value. This role requires strong technical expertise, a user-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop web software with a high degree of quality, in a timely manner
Develop user solutions that are intuitive, easy-to-use, and not cluttered
Utilize agile methodologies and test-driven development techniques
Balance high engineering standards with timely delivery and business priorities
Operate with autonomy and initiative to meet project deadlines and objectives
Support transition of new products, product enhancements and product fixes to operational partners
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software development
Communicate effectively with internal team members and external customers
Provide technical expertise and recommendations both in verbal and written forms
Identify opportunities to improve current processes and technology stack
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement
Perform other development tasks as directed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on web technologies
2+ years of experience using a modern JavaScript app framework (React, Angular2+, or Vue)
3+ years of C# experience using ASP.NET (MVC5 or .NET Core)
2+ years of SQL experience
Experience building and consuming web services (RESTful APIs)
Demonstrated skills in analysis, organization, adapting solutions to complex business situations, problem solving, and implementing software solutions
Proficiency in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and algorithmic thinking
Ability and willingness to travel as required

Preferred:

Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
Hands-on experience with React in production environments
Familiarity with SMART on FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards
Strategic mindset with a forward-thinking approach to software architecture and design
