About the Role:
PriceLabs is seeking a talented and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst to join our team. As a CRO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our funnel and driving more signups for our product through rigorous experimentation on our website.The CRO Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates on our website. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (content, product marketing, design, analytics, etc.) to identify opportunities, conduct experiments, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement in our user experience and conversion funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy focused on increasing conversions and optimizing user experiences across our website.Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.Plan, implement, and manage A/B, split, and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, including layout, messaging, forms, and calls-to-action.Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, MS Clarity, and Rudderstack to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of experiments.Collaborate with product marketing, design, website development, and content teams to implement CRO initiatives and improve user experience.Identify and troubleshoot barriers to conversion, such as usability issues, technical glitches, or friction points in the customer journey.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate progress and insights to stakeholders.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO, and incorporate them into our optimization strategies.About You:
3-7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization on websites.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms (VWO).Experience with heat mapping tools - MS Clarity and VWO and other user behavior tracking methods.Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices in web design and user experience.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Preferred Skills:
Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing website changes.Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on conversion rates.Experience with data visualization tools for creating insightful reports and dashboards.How to apply for this position?
