What will you do?
As our first Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll lead infrastructure efforts to ensure Novig is fast, reliable, and scalable as we prepare for the next phase of growth.
- Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and release workflows
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and other vendors as needed
- Monitor and optimize system performance using key metrics, logs, and telemetry data
- Improve resource utilization and system reliability through observability and fine-tuned scaling strategies
- Work cross-functionally with engineers to ensure rapid, secure, and stable deployments
- Automate infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
- Manage dockerized container clusters
- Ensure system security, uptime, and resilience as we grow
What are we looking for?

Requirements:
- Preferred 2+ years of professional experience, ideally at a Series A or later startup
- Build and manage robust CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and release workflows
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and modern DevOps practices
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Excellent communication skills and a startup mindset—comfortable wearing many hats
- Bonus: Experience in high-frequency trading or real-time applications
