This role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to facilitate smooth deal execution, review key financial metrics, and enforce margin, recurring revenue, and ACV targets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in providing end-to-end support pertaining to deal structure, data accuracy, approval workflows, pricing, discounting, and contract terms. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales to review and approve deal terms, ensuring they align with company pricing guidelines, policies, and goals.
  • Review key financial metrics and enforce adherence with margin thresholds, recurring revenue, and ACV goals.
  • Calculate credits, payment schedules, and multi-year uplifts. 
  • Help document standard operating procedures related to deal approval, pricing, and contracting.
  • Analyze deal data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure smooth deal transitions and proper execution from opportunity creation to close.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure alignment between sales leadership and operational teams during key deal negotiations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features and thoroughly understand end-to-end impacts. 
  • Ability to handle complex tasks independently with moderate oversight.
  • Update documentation pertaining to the team to the broader organization for further enablement and support of sales.
  • Consult various teams within the organization on how to achieve desired outcomes.

Required Qualifications


  • Ability to meet with managers in the Boston, MA, area despite the remote position.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Proficient in knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated competence with GSuite (Google Workspace).

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
  • Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments
  • Has predictable, reliable attendance

The base salary for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000 plus bonus
