Knix is looking to hire a Senior Director of Content to lead our content and social vision—driving cultural relevance, brand love, and commercial growth. This role will sit at the intersection of brand, creative, culture, and product, overseeing both content development and our social team. We're looking for a bold, strategic leader who understands how to build breakthrough content at scale, push creative boundaries, and keep Knix ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape. About You


  • You’re a bold and strategic content leader with 10+ years of experience in content, creative strategy, and digital storytelling
  • Deeply connected to internet culture, social trends, and the ever-evolving media landscape
  • A big thinker with a creative POV who’s also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to create high-volume content. We mean - lots and lots of content!
  • Passionate about the creator economy and fluent in working with influencers, creators, and UGC
  • An excellent cross-functional collaborator who can bring creative, marketing, and production teams together
  • Skilled at balancing brand integrity with performance marketing goals
  • An exceptional communicator and presenter who can confidently pitch bold ideas
  • Known for mentoring and managing internal and external teams to do their best work
  • Comfortable pushing boundaries and championing content that only Knix could create

Qualifications


  • 10+ years experience in content, creative strategy, and digital storytelling
  • Proven leadership experience with content teams and cross-functional creative partners
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and content formats
  • Experience leading shoot planning, creative development, and on-set direction
  • Deep knowledge of trends, creators, and the cultural landscape
  • Background in developing high-performing content strategies and tracking KPIs
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership, including founders
  • Strong portfolio of campaigns, brand moments, and social content that breaks through

The Opportunity


  • Set and execute a high-volume, always-on content strategy rooted in culture, brand, and performance
  • Draw on social insights and trends to inform creative strategy and narrative development across brand campaigns, launches, and partnerships—fueling bigger, culture-driven moments."
  • Oversee Knix’s Content team and ensure best-in-class, platform-native content and support  production across  brand and performance needs
  • Stay on top of trends and creators—keeping Knix at the forefront of culture and content innovation
  • Collaborate closely with PR, brand, product, influencer, and commercial teams
  • Partner with our founder to develop behind-the-scenes storytelling
  • Lead the strategy and execution for creator-driven content and collaborations
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in voice, visual identity, and creative quality
  • Define content KPIs and use insights to iterate, pivot quickly, and scale what works
