The Role
Our company is in an exciting growth phase where we are launching new features and reaching new markets. To keep strengthening our HR foundation to keep pace with that growth, we seek an energetic and motivated Head of People / HR Director with an entrepreneurial mindset to be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HR activities. While we have a global team, the majority of our US workforce is within commuting distance from our beautiful headquarters, located within Suburban Square in Ardmore, PA.
This role reports directly to the firm's Co-Founder and CEO and is a highly visible leader within the firm.

TheResponsibilities
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR function, with the potential to grow a support team as the firm expands. The priorities for this role include ownership across our global workforce of the following: - Strategic HR Business Partner to functional teams, advising on HR best practices to ensure alignment with business goals. - Trusted business partner to CEO, including being a voice in company initiatives and decision making as it pertains to our people. - Talent Acquisition, including partnership with outside agencies to fill key roles- Benefits and 401k Administration, including vendor selection and ongoing management- Employee Onboarding and Engagement, act as a steward of firm's culture, including facilitation of team events to enhance firm life- Performance Management, soliciting feedback via our HRIS and monitoring career progression- Payroll Administration, including registration in new localities and states as team grows- Employee Relations and oversight over company handbook and policies thereinRequirements
TheIdealCandidate
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including:- Direct experience in managing payroll and compensation- Experience interfacing with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus)- Knowledge of HR compliance (payroll, benefits), particularly for US based companies operating across multiple states. - A demonstrated interest in learning and growing in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment- Successful experience working in a small, high growth, collaborative company environment- Demonstrated ability to develop cross-function relationships at the leadership level, exercise excellent judgement, and work autonomously to complete projects and meet deadlines.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on flexibility and follow-through. - Desire to be a hybrid employee to our Ardmore HQ and ability to plan and attend, where possible, in-person meetings and events across our locations.
