What You'll Be Doing:
As our HR Manager, you'll be the architect of our talent pipeline and a champion for employee success. Your core focus will be on:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Partnering with leaders to identify staffing needs, designing competitive compensation packages, and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) to attract top-tier candidates. You'll also enhance our employment brand and track key recruitment metrics.
- Employee Development & Engagement: Collaborating on structured training programs, supporting performance management initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture through engaging employee programs.
- HR Foundations: Providing essential HR support, including guidance on leave, benefits, and compensation, helping develop HR policies, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment and employee development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software/applicant tracking systems.
- While not required, experience in the mortgage industry is a plus.
