Job Title: Computer Programmer (Junior/Senior)
Functional Area: Software Engineering
Position Description:
- Junior: Translates program flowcharts into coded instructions.
- Senior: Develops diagrammatic plans to solve problems, designs programs and flowcharts, and verifies program accuracy through testing.

- Design detailed programs, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Verify program accuracy through testing.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field.
- Three (3) years of equivalent experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree preferred for Senior level.
- Experience:
- Junior: At least three (3) years of computer programming experience.
- Senior: At least eight (8) years of programming experience in software development or maintenance.
- Senior: At least five (5) years of experience in IT systems analysis and programming.
