We’re growing our Service Delivery team and looking for a tech-savvy, people-focused, detail-driven Field Technician who knows how to make technology feel simple, installations feel effortless, and service feel personal. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to be hands-on, on the move, and at the heart of the client experience.

What You'll Do:
- Provision phones and configure network equipment for installation
- Conduct on-site surveys to assess infrastructure and prepare for seamless service delivery
- Travel to client sites to install and support hardware (yes, you’re the boots on the ground!)
- Represent Verve with professionalism, clear communication, and a service-first mindset
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Field Techs to execute successful installs
- Support internal tech operations, inventory management, shipping, and gear setup
- Respond to client needs on-site with care, confidence, and a sense of urgency
- Ensure every detail—from cabling to client communication—is handled with precision
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong sense of professionalism and client experience when working onsite with clients
- Telecom/VoiP/UcaaS/Internet, commercial client experience a plus
- Basic technical skills in networking, VoIP, and/or provisioning
- Comfort with cable work (CAT5, CAT6, RJ-45, patch panels, etc.)
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to adapt, learn, and grow within a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with ISPs, circuits, and internet technologies (fiber, coax, copper)
- Experience in telecom, IT fieldwork, or client service roles
- Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Outlook & Excel)
