Manager, Partnerships

Through our unrivaled network of more than 2,000 connected 3PLs and a suite of integrated, cloud-native warehouse, order, and inventory management platforms we allow modern merchants and brands to fulfill demand anywhere with superior flexibility and scale without painful platform migrations.The Role: We are looking for a Manager, Partnerships (hybrid) to join in building a rich and thriving partner ecosystem at Extensiv.
You will be responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of strategic partners and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships drive value for all stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to our bottom line.You Will:
- Drive pipeline and revenue through strategic partner activation and referrals
- Strengthen relationships with our current partners through outreach and establishing rapport
- Strategically grow our partner base
- Support co-innovation and co-marketing activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align partner strategies with company goals
- Create go-to-market plans for new partnerships and execute project plans
- Measure and report on the revenue contribution and health of each partnership, adjusting strategies as needed
- Enhance the partner experience by refining onboarding, enablement, and management processes
- Enhance our partner management program & processes
You Bring:
- 4+ years of SaaS partner management experience
- Skillful in cultivating relationships & creating mutually beneficial outcomes
- Comfortable with prospecting and establishing new partner relationships
- An entrepreneurial and creative spirit, thriving in environments where you are building
- Experience driving cross-team collaboration
- Organized and process oriented

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
