Position Summary:


Reporting to the EMEA Mid Market Sales Manager, the Account Executive is responsible for driving and closing the Mid Market business via the acquisition of new customers. This is a unique career opportunity to engage with high-profile customers in the Payments, e-Commerce, Finserv, and Technology verticals. You’re helping to ensure that everyone is able to participate in the global digital economy and that no one is left behind. You will be relied upon for your entrepreneurial nature, collaborative style, and ability to drive the sales funnel by aligning customer needs, product capabilities, and use case fit.

What you'll be doing:


  • Closing net new business in the mid market vertical as per pre defined targets
  • Ownership of the sales cycle and deal execution 
  • Build and develop pipeline through outbound lead generation activities, with specific emphasis on payments, financial services, forex, and online trading
  • Trusted Expert - developing client relationships with a deep understanding of needs and objectives
  • Progress all opportunities through the sales cycle diligently and professionally, while balancing conversion and longer-term business opportunities
  • Coordinate and perform product demos for qualified sales leads, building your expertise as a trusted expert

You have:


  • Relevant industry experience (ideally any of Identity, Payments, Compliance, Financial Services)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with demonstrable negotiation and closing skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous B2B experience in a quota-carrying software Account Executive role
  • CRM proficiency, SFDC, SalesLoft, etc 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to successfully articulate technical product specifications and product value propositions
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activities.
  • Strong business and technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a big appetite for high achievement
