You will be responsible for cross-collaboration across departments and supporting Pavilion to maximize revenue, retention, and efficiency through analytics, reporting, enablement, and systems support. A successful Operations Analyst will be able to establish autonomy, provide effective technical solutions, and broaden visibility and teamwork with business partners. We are looking for that rare mix of strategy, analyst, and technologist who can help us scale our organization. You are a trusted partner and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve productivity, scale processes, and attain and surpass revenue goals.

This is a full-time position and will report to the Director of OperationsKey Responsibilities:

  • Support the business’ needs through your experience and technical knowledge of our technology stack: 
  • Required
  • CRM administration (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Integration across systems and workflows (Make.com or Zapier)
  • Preferred
  • Data Acquisition (Clay),  
  • Engagement (LI Sales Navigator, Seamless), 
  • Project Management (ClickUp) 
  • Referral program (Referral Rock)
  • Oversee and manage Pavilion Connections, our 1:1 matching program for members globally, by scheduling engagements and collating results on a monthly basis
  • Manage and Issue referral rewards to our members through our Referral program as well as troubleshoot any issues with member rewards
  • Ability to undertake and execute projects individually to produce successful business outcomes
  • Find, document, and implement highly creative solutions to problems using a wide range of technologies and applications
  • Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our marketing, sales and customer success data
  • Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline, and scale using data, process, and systems analyses that measurably impact company revenue
  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, its impact on the business, and the desired outcome the team wishes to achieve
  • Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus, and recommended paths forward
  • Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing, Growth, Member Success, and Product
  • Leverage a service desk ticketing queue to prioritize tasks and track deliverables
  • Manage the tracking and operational function of Pavilion’s Deal Desk

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or business operations
  • Proven Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, managing dashboards, and more - ideally a qualified Salesforce Administrator
  • Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, power pivot, data visualization)
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes
  • Keen customer service and advanced communication skills to provide appropriate feedback and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Preferred experience with Make.com, Zapier and or Clay 
  • Demonstrated passion, flexibility, and resourcefulness to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment; creativity and energy to be an agent for change
  • Self-motivated to learn on the go and confidence to learn autonomously in this remote world
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and enjoys pushing the status-quo
  • Excellent team player with strong attention to detail
  • “Whatever it takes” attitude
