We are seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP), Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on selling to enterprise-level customers across North America. This is a first-line leadership role, perfect for a hands-on coach who can motivate, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate brings a strong individual contributor background in SaaS enterprise sales and has successfully made the transition to frontline management.

What You Have


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts, supporting reps in complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue with precision, ensuring team accountability and deal inspection across all stages.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate pipeline and ensure customer success.
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development for AEs, ensuring continuous improvement in sales skills and execution.
  • Identify and replicate successful sales strategies and remove blockers to deal progression.
  • Collaborate on territory planning and hiring strategies to ensure appropriate coverage and headcount.
  • Serve as a player-coach and actively participate in customer calls, negotiations, and closing conversations.

What You'll Do


  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record in closing enterprise-level deals.
  • 2+ years of people management experience in a sales leadership role, specifically within enterprise sales.
  • Proven success managing a quota-carrying team with consistent overachievement.
  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts and navigating complex procurement and stakeholder environments.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and leading from the front.
  • Strong pipeline management and sales process discipline (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer and team engagement.

Bonus Points


  • Experience in martech, digital presence management, SEO/SEM, or local search.
  • Prior experience managing remote or distributed sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise sales enablement platforms.

#LI-KW1Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave.
