Summary/Objective
The Project Coordinator Co-op role will be part of Security Risk Advisors’ Advisory consulting services specializing in Purple Teams. Our style is dynamic, innovative, fast-paced, and highly rewarding for both our clients and our team. Essential Functions

- Manages and updates non-technical documentation, templates, and documentation repositories.
- Manages and coordinates internal Purple Team project meetings using Office 365..
- Facilitates internal meetings & captures meeting minutes.
- Initiates Purple Team project kick off tasks using Monday Project Management platforms.
- Communicates Purple Team project updates to internal stakeholders.
- Manages internal project materials and tracking mechanisms.
- Assists in publishing weekly and monthly project updates.
- Assists in Purple Team program calendar management.
- Assists in tracking scheduling updates.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work in the office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Requirements
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.Co-ops are expected to work in-person at their assigned office 4/5 days per week unless otherwise permitted by their supervisor.

Required Education and Experience
- Completion of high school education or equivalent (GED).
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Punctuality and timely attendance to external client and internal stakeholder needs.
- Previous experience managing projects or leading teams preferred.
- Previous working experience with Office 365 and/or Monday Project Management Platform is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
