Cleared Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for enterprise IT systems
- Manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure: servers, storage, networks, and client devices
- Configure and administer Linux and Windows operating systems
- Install and maintain operating system software and patches
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support
- Monitor systems and respond to issues in real-time
- Work closely with ISSOs to ensure compliance and system hardening
- Communicate system status and issues to internal and external stakeholders
- Support dispatch and resolution of hardware and software problems
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 + years of system administration experience
- OR 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong Linux administration experience
- Familiarity with PowerShell and Bash scripting
- Experience with system hardening and compliance standards
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Desired:
- Experience with AWS environments
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite
- Exposure to BigFix or similar patch management tools
- Experience using Ansible for configuration management
