Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Conduct research on best practices in HR and provide recommendations to improve processes. 3. Find some articles related to P&C (HR) for the quarter magazine. 4. Support the P&C team to create a better structure for the internship program at the company for next semester. 5. Update and take a picture of the new staff database 6. Find a partnership for the P&C Program 7.
Participating in employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. 8. Assisting in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. 9. Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as data entry, generating reports, and maintaining HR files and documents. 10. Develop relationships with Universities and colleges that have intern programs 11. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and company-wide celebrations
Job Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong interest in HR and people operations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Good organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6. Able to work well both independently and as part of a team. 7. High level of discretion and professionalism
