Job Description
We are looking for Product Sales Operations specialists to join our product operations team to help accelerate our growth as we scale rapidly. You will serve on the front lines of our product expansion efforts — guiding our customers to upgrade to our new products through both inbound and outbound outreach. Your insights will directly shape the product strategy, as you collect feedback, identify patterns, and work closely with the product team to inform improvements and optimize the customer experience.This is a dynamic, cross-functional role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, systems-oriented, high-adapability and passionate about making an impact in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities

- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- Familiarity with data analysis tools; SQL
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
