Responsibilities:
1. Assist with data entry and updating financial records in accounting software. 2. Help prepare journal entries, invoices, and bank reconciliations. 3. Support monthly closing processes and account reconciliations. 4. Organize and maintain financial documents and records. 5. Assist with expense tracking and reporting. 6. Conduct basic financial analysis as directed by senior staff. 7. Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles. 8. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. 4. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB). 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Good communication and time management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
