Are you passionate about creating exciting, safe, and enriching experiences for children? We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead the daily operations of a brand-new kids entertainment centre in Al Khobar, designed to spark imagination and joy in every child.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll oversee operations across all activity zones, lead a vibrant team, uphold child safety standards, and support memorable events and experiences. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering top-tier service to families.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise staff across play areas, reception, events, and maintenance.• Ensure daily readiness of the centre, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to child safeguarding standards.• Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive, welcoming experience.• Oversee scheduling, staff performance, and on-the-job training.• Drive sales performance including admissions, events, and upselling services.• Maintain detailed records: safety logs, incident reports, and inspection checklists.• Ensure timely maintenance and readiness of all equipment and activity zones.• Provide operational reports and suggest continuous improvements.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in kids entertainment or edutainment centers.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach.• Knowledge of child safeguarding procedures and emergency protocols.• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and KPI reporting.• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining high guest satisfaction.• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.• First Aid and Fire Safety certifications are a plus.- Be part of a vibrant team bringing joy and discovery to young minds every day.Apply now or tag someone who’d love to be part of this exciting journey
