What Youāll DoĀ
- Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.
- Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.
- Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
- Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with all privacy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and other pharmacy staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations.Ā
- Ensure full compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).Ā
- Flexibility to support shift coverage on short notice is considered an asset.
What Weāre Looking For
- Licensing: Part A licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists, in good standing.Ā
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high volume setting preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.Ā
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation is essential.
- Team Player: Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team.
- Strong Communicator: Excelled in verbal and written communication skills.
