Your new role

We're experiencing significant growth, and we're seeking a talented Recruiter to be a key driver in scaling our teams. 
In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact on our success by sourcing and hiring exceptional individuals across diverse functions and geographies (US and EMEA).

  • Partner with stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and Leadership, to deeply understand their talent needs and collaboratively develop and execute innovative end-to-end recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial role briefing and crafting compelling job descriptions to managing offer negotiations, while providing expert guidance and ensuring a best-in-class experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes by analyzing key metrics, identifying areas for optimization, and supporting the design and implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing methods, including advanced search techniques and networking, and leverage the ATS (Pinpoint) to manage candidate data and track recruitment activity accurately.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve overall talent acquisition outcomes.

  • Several years of proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across the US and EMEA regions, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
  • Extensive experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally within an in-house or RPO setting. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, influential relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to effectively partner on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data to drive informed decision-making and provide strategic recommendations for process improvement.
  • Strong expertise in conducting in-depth candidate interviews, effectively closing candidates, and negotiating offers.
  • Proven track record of proactively sourcing high-caliber candidates using diverse tools and techniques, including advanced Boolean search and networking.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo, driving innovation, and implementing new and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions to optimize the recruitment process.
