MARKETING OPERATIONS ANALYSTStarting base salary $57,500 –77,500 CAD*Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits*Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the typicalrange for new hire salaries, it does not reflect the maximum salary for the role over time. Individual pay offersare determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process. The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for the management, administration and reporting of data and information for the marketing team at 360insights.
You will work to help scale and improve efficiencies via processes and technology, supporting the marketing team by providing real time insights through data analysis. You are a key member of the Revenue Operations team helping 360 align their goals through data.What you will be doing:
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing team and understand and deliver on their operational needs and best practices.
- Document marketing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide reporting, analytics and insights of sales and marketing activities to the company.
- Manage Client/Prospect Communications Calendar
- Work cross-functionally to ensure successful public facing company communications.
- Ensure the data created by internal and external marketing processes is collected in an accurate, efficient way to promote data hygiene within our key systems.
- Help administrate Hubspot and other key marketing software
- Work with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure lead routing is working well
What you’ll bring to this role:
- Must have advanced experience with Hubspot (Marketing Hub)
- Experience with Salesforce,ZoomInfo, Salesloft, DRIFT, Sales Navigator a plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Proven business process acumen
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management skills
- Collaborate across multiple teams
