Field Marketing CoordinatorStarting base salary $37,500 – 47,500 USD*Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits*Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the typicalrange for new hire salaries, it does not reflect the maximum salary for the role over time. Individual pay offersare determined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process. The Field Marketing Coordinatoris responsible forday-to-dayeventlogisticsand administrative tasks that supportthe overalldemand generationevent strategy.

This roleassistswith event research,preparation,execution and reportingtosupportthe Corporate Marketing team’svariousfield marketingcampaigns.This role reports to the Senior Manager, DemandGenerationand works closely with the Field Marketing Manager.What you will be doing:

  • Assistwith the planning, preparation, execution, and post-event processes for live and virtual events.
  • Support event project workback schedule deliverables including schedulingpre/post event planningcalls, sourcing event information,assistingwith sponsorship/participation details.
  • Research, assess, and present recommendations for relevant industry events that sales and marketing shouldparticipatein.
  • Assistwith eventlogisticsincluding sourcing and shipping materials, tracking registration/attendance,traveland accommodation details, etc.
