Talent Acquisition Partner


that will help drive staffing at Infinite Commerce while maintaining positive and proactive relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and other People & Culture team members. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting while creating an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through hire to ensure a quick, friendly, and seamless process.

PLEASE NOTE: this is an independent contractor position (indefinite contracting time period), full time, salaried position, 100% remote.


Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible for Full Lifecycle Recruiting, with a focus on developing a balanced candidate source mix (passive, active and referral candidates).
  • Assist hiring managers (ranging from first-level line managers to executive leaders) with drafting job descriptions, creating job postings, and related documents to ensure a consistent voice, tone, and style.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) [i.e., Greenhouse.io], candidate records, and job board postings to ensure data accuracy while also complying with applicable privacy and retention guidelines.
  • Develop a strong professional network within the relevant market/geographic area to support recruiting efforts using a variety of tools and techniques, including leveraging  social media networking tools (i.e., WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
  • Create job posting and advertising strategies and materials to drive applicant flow and awareness across global (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed) and local job boards.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with candidates and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Deliver a data driven recruitment service, utilizing market intelligence to ensure Infinite Commerce remains competitive in a demanding recruitment environment.
  • Keep a ‘global first’ mindset, regularly communicating with Infinite Commerce’s global People & Culture team, and Talent Acquisition Manager to improve upon process.
  • Willingness to participate, support, and lead cross-functional initiatives around social media, external engagement, college recruiting, workforce development, employee onboarding, employee engagement, or other People & Culture initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • College degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, marketing, or a closely related field. Applicants without a college degree may substitute additional work experience on a year-for-year basis.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in recruiting, talent management, or human resources.
  • English proficiency in both verbal and written communications is a must.
  • Experience recruiting across a broad range of business functions (ie- Warehouse, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources)
  • Experience working in a start-up, high-growth, or high-volume sourcing environment.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse, and onboarding tools like ADP WorkforceNow, Sora, or RedCarpet.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (O365) including an ability to use Excel to organize and manipulate data for reporting purposes.

COMPENSATION: Expected salary range for this position is between CRC 13,592,000 and 16,990,000, annually. Final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including vacation, sick leave, and floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation.
