What You Will Do


The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving our go-to-market organization and revenue operations function. This position requires a blend of analytical and hands-on experience in revenue operations within fast-paced software companies. You will be responsible for driving sales planning, building detailed analyses of sales pipeline, running a sales forecast process, and presenting actionable insights in management reviews. You will collaborate to analyze and drive efficient sales processes, sales-data management practices, and manage KPIs to measure and improve the effectiveness of our GTM teams.  This role requires an accomplished analytical mindset, a strategic thinker, experience in interacting with and presenting to executives, and an ability to work independently while contributing to transformation programs across the GTM team. We are seeking a bias-towards-action, result-oriented, motivated and strategic operations professional who can collaborate cross-functional while remaining laser-focused on impacting our revenue numbers.  Specifically, you will play a pivotal role in helping us scale in this next phase of rapid growth as a revenue organization. 

How You Will Spend Your Days


GTM Planning 

  • Design and maintain balanced sales territories, segmentation, account scoring.
  • Collaborate to automate key outbound planning tasks including ICP identification, segmentation, intent-based scoring and account prioritization.
  • Build & manage reporting and dashboards that present identified KPIs to stakeholders across the business.

Sales Management System 

  • Bring exceptional analytical expertise to consolidate and analyze pipeline and bookings data from across multiple sources; develop, present actionable insights and lead discussions in weekly, monthly & quarterly management reviews.
  • Continually improve sales forecast processes in partnership with RevOps leadership and CRO; support forecast calls with sales leaders.
  • Manage & refine KPIs, reports and dashboards to assess the productivity of the sales organization.
  • Proactively collaborate with the GTM leaders in identifying areas of growth and optimization.

GTM Process & Systems

  • Partner with GTM leaders & teams delivering data-driven insights to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements, data & automation enhancements.
  • Provide sales team support of the sales tools.
  • Lead operational support on sales system reports, data enrichment, hygiene, and data flows.

What You Bring to this Role


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations capacity 
  • Experience with sales tech stack – Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, Domo; Salesforce.com required 
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels, and how to measure, analyze and optimize performance.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail 
  • Strong communicator who can translate data into action
  • Experienced collaborator across multiple business functions; familiarity and comfortable when interacting with and presenting to senior management 
  • Data visualization tools e.g. Domo, Tableau, MS Power BI 

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $110,000 to $120,000, with eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.Alchemer provides a rich benefits package that includes health and disability coverages, an incredible 401(k) option that includes a per-payroll match and immediate vesting, unlimited time off and twelve paid company holidays.Alchemer is taking applications for this position from candidates who are legally authorized to work in the US and do not require now, or in the future, immigration sponsorship for work authorization.
