Overview
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a key role in setting new customers up for success from day one. You’ll be their go-to guide through onboarding — helping them get up and running, answering questions, and making sure they see value quickly. Your ability to communicate clearly and build trust early on will be essential to delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Host onboarding sessions and trainings to help new customers get set up and started on the right foot
- Manage a pipeline of new accounts, serving as the go-to point of contact during onboarding and implementation
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and end users at our largest accounts during the early lifecycle
- Create custom onboarding plans that set clear goals, expectations, and timelines
- Drive product adoption and expansion by showcasing features, educating on best practices, and tailoring strategies to customer needs
- Lead regular screen-share sessions to walk through key workflows and ensure customers are using Kixie effectively
- Work cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to keep onboarding smooth and aligned with customer goals
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in onboarding, customer success, or implementation (SaaS experience is a big plus)
- Clear, confident communicator — you’re just as comfortable talking to execs as you are to everyday users
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and teach software quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented — you keep timelines moving and customers feeling supported
- A people person — you genuinely enjoy helping customers succeed and building relationships
- Comfortable juggling multiple accounts without letting things slip
