Nimble fosters a culture of collaboration, open communication and deliberate action that allows us to face today’s most exciting challenges head-on and grow incredibly quickly.We’re looking for an Ad Campaign Manager to help us scale Nimble’s advertising business by supporting campaign setup, management, and performance reporting for our growing network of pharmaceutical advertisers.

As an Ad Campaign Manager, you will:


  • Support the onboarding and setup of new ad campaigns with pharmaceutical brands and healthcare advertisers, ensuring smooth and timely launches
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including trafficking creative assets, adjusting budgets, implementing optimizations, and setting up A/B tests
  • Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms and deliver timely, insightful reports with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to scope campaign opportunities, create proposals, and provide performance forecasts
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to align on technical implementation and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery against client goals

What you bring:


  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or a related field
  • Previous experience at a media agency is required, ideally with exposure to end-to-end campaign management across social, web, and programmatic platforms
  • Hands-on involvement in planning and executing media campaigns, managing creative and content assets, and working closely with cross-functional marketing and product teams
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rates, etc.) and a strong ability to draw insights and optimize accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail — you enjoy working with data and spotting patterns that drive improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present campaign results and insights
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) or SQL is a plus
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven organization
  • Bachelor’s degree
