For this role, we have partnered with an Employer of Record (EoR) vendor which allows us to collaborate with contingent professionals across different regions. Please note that for this position, you will be employed directly by our EoR who will be responsible for all employer obligations, including payroll, benefits, and local HR support, and you will be contracted out to Komodo Health. Our recruitment team will elaborate on this further in our introduction conversations.

he Opportunity at Komodo Health:


Our team at Komodo Health focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to transform healthcare. We collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide actionable intelligence that drives decision-making and improves patient outcomes.Komodo is seeking a detail-oriented  Analyst to support our Marketing Group with day-to-day operations related to budgeting, invoicing, financial tracking, and process management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, vendor management, and workflow optimization.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in tracking and reconciling marketing budgets. 
  • Support the monthly/quarterly budget forecasting. 
  • Maintain up-to-date budget trackers using Excel.

Invoicing: 

  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment in Zip. 
  • Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and statements of work. 
  • Maintain an organized archive of invoices. 

Operations & Administrative Support:

  • Assist in managing documentation for operational processes. 
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and reference materials for operational processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Coordinate with external vendor contacts, such as AP/AR or account management roles, to complete documentation.

Reporting:

  • Support the Data Analytics Lead in building reports on marketing spend and channel performance. 
  • Support ad hoc data analysis requests from marketing leadership or the Data Analytics Lead. 
  • Assist with automation and process improvements to streamline financial operations.

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, budgeting, or marketing support.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). 
  • Proficient in using the Zip procurement platform (or similar tool). 
  • Strong attention to detail in financial data entry and reporting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote or cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
