- While we are global and remote friendly, we also operate from vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo, where we have hybrid roles, our team goes to the office at least twice a week. To accommodate the various timezones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST.

Your opportunity:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Partnerships Manager to help us launch and scale a new function within our commercial organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, signing, and enabling high-impact reseller partnerships across Brazil and Mexico. You will work closely with our product, marketing, and sales teams to make Belvo the go-to provider of payment solutions in the market.This is a high-ownership role with a strong go-to-market focus, designed for someone with a deep understanding of payments and channel strategy, and a track record of building productive partnerships in the fintech ecosystem.
Main responsibilities include:
- Prioritize and qualify prospects: evaluate partners based on alignment with target verticals, readiness to launch, sales incentives, and willingness to co-sell with Belvo
- Sign and manage new partners: identify, prospect, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with a focus on resellers, such as PSPs, subscription management platforms, ERPs, and accounting solutions.
- Drive partner success: work closely with partners’ commercial teams to train, enable, and support them through co-marketing, incentives, events, and joint campaigns
- Strategize on go-to-market execution: collaborate with product marketing to develop partner-facing collateral and help partners embed our solutions into their commercial offerings
- Focus on key product areas: drive adoption of solutions such as Domi, Pix Biometria, and Pix Automático through the partner channel
- Support cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Account Executives to define clear ownership over partner-sourced accounts and ensure proper tracking for revenue attribution
This position may be for you if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, with at least 2 years in a fintech or payments environment
- You are fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and comfortable working across Brazil and Mexico
- You have a proven ability to manage complex negotiations and long sales cycles, and thrive in a dynamic, early-stage environment
- You’re proactive, highly organized, and capable of developing go-to-market strategies from scratch
- You are comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline management, and performance-based KPIs
- You are based in São Paulo or Mexico City, or willing to relocate for the right opportunity
- This is a hybrid role. Our team goes to the office twice a week.

- You have experience working with PSPs, ERPs, or subscription platforms as partners or clients
- You’ve helped build a partner program from the ground up in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
- You have a strong network in the LatAm fintech ecosystem and can leverage it for prospecting or warm intros
