How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success
The Onsite IT Business Systems Specialist plays a key role in optimizing and maintaining our company's strategic applications including ERP systems, software programs, and data analytics and reporting platforms. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and expertise to streamline business processes, enhance data analytics, ensure the seamless integration of various systems and provide technical support to the organization.
Work hours
: Monday – Friday, In Office, 8am – 5pm (hours are flexible)

Location:
North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road
Pay Rate:
$113,400 - $147,400, dependent on experience
No Relocation Will Be Provided
What You Will Do
- Manage and support daily application and system administrative activities including user maintenance, end user reporting/data requests, backup and recovery, database maintenance and other various administrative activities.
- Provide application subject matter expertise to support business process improvement and enhancement efforts.
- Coordinate IT activities with the business and external vendors.
- Work with business users to document requirements and create test scripts.
- Update or partner with third parties to update system configurations and/or integrations to support requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with system and application configurations and setups.
- Provide technical support and maintenance of I.T. systems.
- Support an application environment with 180+ plus users onsite and in remote locations across various time zones.
- Automate application administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Identifies process improvements and technologies.
- Interfaces with software, services vendors and internal accounting department to facilitate the purchase of software and services.
- Create and maintain standardization and documentation of technology, policies and processes.
- Create and maintain and manage application lists and documentation.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with other IT staff, business functions and external vendors.
- Interact and communicate with all levels of employees within the Company, as well as suppliers, customers, and peers effectively.
- Comply with policies, procedures, standards, and rules of the Company.
- Maintain quality assurance policy consistent with ISO standards.
- Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
- 5+ years of proven experience working with various IT and Business systems.
- Experience with QAD/ERP and Microsoft PowerBI is required
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate and Azure Data Fundamentals are preferred.

Who You Will Partner With
- Your IT Leader/Leadership/Peers. You will have daily verbal and written communication with your Supervisor and/or IT Leadership to ensure daily production goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
- Your Team. Regularly work in independent and team settings maintaining professional communication with all PTT team members.
- All levels of the business from hourly to Executive to ensure IT needs are met, troubleshooting, and resolved effectively and efficiently
Where You Will Work
- Full Time position (40 hours or more) based in Arizona. Hours may include evenings and weekends to perform tasks outlined in the job description.
- Your work is sedentary in nature and may require standing for long periods of time and/or lifting equipment of up to 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, etc.
- You will work in an office environment in a manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, having potential periodic contact with human tissue and bone by entering clean rooms for IT related support where you will wear protective clothing including but not limited to hoods, face masks, gloves, boots, and coveralls.
