What You'll Achieve:


  • Lead Strategic Merchandising Initiatives: Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive site merchandising strategies that align with overarching marketing, product, and financial goals.
  • Optimize Online Product Visibility: Take ownership of how products are presented online, ensuring compelling descriptions, high-quality imagery, and intuitive categorization to drive engagement.
  • Drive Promotional Effectiveness: Lead the planning and execution of online promotions, ensuring seamless integration with marketing campaigns and optimal website presentation.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization in product placement, content, and promotions, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Enhance the User Journey: Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to continuously improve site navigation, search functionality, and overall user experience, reducing friction and maximizing conversion.
  • Manage and Curate Online Content: Oversee the online merchandising content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant updates that align with brand messaging and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a Competitive Edge: Conduct regular competitive analyses to stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in web merchandising, adapting strategies proactively.
  • Foster Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure cohesive alignment of web merchandising strategies with broader business objectives, acting as a key leader in this domain.
  • Ensure a High-Quality Online Experience: Lead regular site audits to guarantee the accuracy and functionality of all product displays, promotions, and content, proactively addressing any issues to maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage Key Merchandising Projects: Lead the planning and execution of web merchandising projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while providing clear communication to stakeholders.

What You'll Need to Succeed:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education demonstrating a strong foundation in e-commerce and digital merchandising.
  • 4+ years of experience in Digital Product, Merchandising or a similar role within an e-commerce environment.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, online marketing strategies, and best practices in user experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze website data and translate insights into effective merchandising strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading and executing successful online initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for driving online sales and enhancing the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
