With operations spanning the globe, we are actively expanding our global client portfolio and require a strategic Pricing Analyst to help us bring clarity, consistency, and commercial intelligence to our pricing approach.Position OverviewThe Pricing Analyst will be instrumental in designing and implementing a global pricing strategy that supports Drake International’s ability to secure and grow large-scale client partnerships.

This role will involve analyzing internal cost structures, market dynamics, and competitive pricing to develop a uniform, scalable pricing model across permanent placement and value-added service offerings. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations to develop a dynamic pricing tool, particularly Excel-based, with built-in conditions that lead stakeholders to the optimal pricing solution based on inputs. This is a high-impact role aimed at enabling commercial success through strategic pricing.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a consistent, scalable global pricing model across service lines, regions, and client types.
  • Develop a practical and intelligent pricing tool (primarily Excel-based) with built-in logic, enabling regional teams to make data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret pricing trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor offerings to inform pricing recommendations and strategy.
  • Review existing and prospective client accounts to assess current pricing models, profitability, and commercial viability.
  • Support the preparation of pricing strategies and models for large-scale RFPs and bid proposals, partnering closely with Sales Enablement and Proposal Management.
  • Ensure pricing strategies align with financial goals and provide long-term value while remaining competitive in the market.
  • Establish pricing governance and documentation of best practices to ensure consistency and transparency across teams.
  • Apply sound judgment, critical thinking, and financial acumen to evaluate opportunities, trade-offs, and pricing risks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, proposal management, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
  • Proven experience developing or managing pricing tools for service-based or people-centric businesses.
  • Experience supporting global or large-scale bid processes; exposure to workforce solutions or recruitment industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent business acumen, commercial judgment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving profitability through pricing intelligence.
