SUMMARY
As an HR Associate Intern, you'll support the HR Operations Team with major global HR projects and initiatives such as: developing a shared services strategy and implementing a new applicant tracking system, global payroll initiatives and aid in PUBCO readiness by documenting new policies and procedures related to this process while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
- Support the HR team in managing employee data and ensuring accuracy in HR systems.
- Help coordinate and organize HR events, training sessions, and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and communications.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing administrative support as needed.
- Contribute to major projects such as developing a shared services strategy and implementing a new applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
- Aid in IPO readiness by documenting new policies and procedures related to this process.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
