About Your Impact:


As our Instructional Designer, you'll be at the heart of driving our organization's success by crafting impactful learning solutions. You'll take ownership of the entire instructional design lifecycle, from analyzing learning needs to developing and delivering engaging content. Utilizing the latest e-learning tools and methodologies, you will create interactive modules, design effective assessments, and ensure all learning materials align perfectly with our strategic goals.This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with subject matter experts, explore adaptive learning paths, and continuously enhance our training programs through data-driven insights.

You will play a key role in making learning accessible, engaging, and relevant for our diverse global audience.

What You'll Do:


  • Design and Develop Engaging Courses: Reimagine and build comprehensive course curricula and individual learning modules that incorporate rich multimedia, interactive elements, and modern e-learning technologies.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Partner closely with subject matter experts to define clear learning objectives and ensure training materials meet both educational and business requirements.
  • Harness Instructional Technology: Utilize a range of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver seamless and impactful learning experiences.
  • Explore Innovative Learning Tools: Leverage modern advancements like AI-driven content delivery and learning analytics platforms to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Localize Global Learning: Translate instructional content into multiple languages (e.g., Spanish), ensuring cultural relevance and maintaining instructional integrity for our diverse learners.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate effectively with teams in Training, HR, Product Management, and Customer Service to deliver cohesive training solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Manage External Partnerships: Coordinate with external partners and vendors for webinars, vendor training, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Drive Learning Effectiveness with Data: Monitor and analyze the impact of training programs using data-driven insights, reporting on learner performance and engagement to inform continuous improvement.
  • Develop Microlearning Solutions: Create concise, on-demand microlearning content that reinforces key concepts and provides just-in-time support for learners.
  • Design Adaptive Learning Paths: Develop personalized learning experiences that adapt to individual learner needs, progress, and preferences.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and learning strategies, and apply them to enhance our instructional designs.

What You'll Bring:


  • Deep Instructional Design Expertise: Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles, methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile), and tools (Storyline 360 Suite, Captivate, etc.).
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred in Instructional Design or Education Technology).
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in instructional design with a strong emphasis on e-learning and multimedia content creation.
  • E-learning Proficiency: Crucial proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with SCORM Standards: Understanding of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards.
  • Agile Adaptability: Ability to thrive in agile environments with evolving priorities and excellent time management skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret learner data and feedback for continuous instructional enhancements.
  • Global Communication Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, particularly in developing content for diverse, global audiences.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify learning challenges and design innovative solutions.
  • Needs Assessment Expertise: Strong skills in conducting learner needs assessments.
  • Gamification Awareness: Understanding of gamification techniques to boost engagement.
