You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our online offerings are visually appealing, user-friendly, and effectively communicate our value proposition.

What You'll Do:


  • Elevate Web Merchandising: Develop and execute impactful web merchandising strategies that align with marketing and product goals, utilizing tactics such as strategic product placement, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Optimize Visual Presentation: Take ownership of the visual presentation of our online offerings, ensuring high-quality imagery, compelling layouts, and brand consistency across all web pages.
  • Hands-on Content Management: Utilize your proficiency in HTML and CSS to directly implement and maintain engaging content blocks, landing pages, and product placements within our web platforms.
  • Drive Co-op Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with cruise line and other partners to develop and implement joint online marketing campaigns, ensuring effective and visually appealing execution on our website.
  • Enhance User Experience: Leverage your understanding of web design principles and user behavior to optimize site navigation, content flow, and overall user experience, contributing to improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Support Promotional Execution: Play a key role in the planning and flawless deployment of online promotions, ensuring accurate and visually appealing representation on the website.
  • Maintain Engaging Content: Oversee the web content calendar, ensuring all information is current, relevant, and visually consistent with our brand.
  • Utilize Data for Optimization: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, click-through rates) to identify opportunities for improvement in content presentation and merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of web content and merchandising efforts with broader business strategies.
  • Ensure Site Quality and Functionality: Conduct regular site audits to guarantee the accuracy, visual appeal, and functionality of all web content, promptly addressing any issues.
  • Contribute to Web Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of web-related projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication of progress.

What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce merchandising, web content management, or a closely related role.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices and online customer behavior.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in HTML and CSS for content implementation and styling.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading and QA abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
