  • Own and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid channels, SEO/SEM, field marketing, content syndication, and outbound.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing and Sales to define quarterly pipeline targets and campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
  • Oversee Paid Advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting, etc.), with a relentless focus on ROI and CAC efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing for messaging, creative, and landing pages.
  • Own SEM strategy and execution, including budget management and keyword optimization.
  • Create integrated field marketing plans, partnering with sales and customer success for event execution and regional campaigns.
  • Launch and scale co-marketing initiatives with platform, service, and consulting partners to amplify reach and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with partnerships and alliances teams to align marketing with joint value propositions and field activation plans.
  • Actively leverage tools like HubSpot, Clay, Copy.ai, and AI-powered SDR tools to automate, personalize, and scale marketing efforts.
  • Manage SDR(s) to generate meetings aligning messaging, cadence strategy, lead quality, and follow-up tactics.
  • Analyze funnel metrics, attribution data, and campaign performance to guide investment and strategy.
  • Maintain SightCall’s strong brand voice while experimenting with new campaign formats and messaging strategies.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like

  • Start the day by analyzing AI-driven insights to prioritize campaigns and channels, refining the GTM strategy.
  • Review calls and results with your human and AI SDRs to determine adjustments.
  • Analyze SEM results and optimize campaigns against ICPs and targets.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to align messaging and execute co-branded campaigns or events.
  • Review event plans and collateral with the product marketing team and determine optimal messaging to drive booth badge scans.
  • Partner with the creative team on website landing page optimization and new content creation.
  • Partner with sales on lead sources and quality of meetings to determine optimizations.
  • Attend team training sessions, share best practices, and contribute to ongoing innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with field + digital marketing combined.
  • Proven expertise in SEM, paid advertising, A/B testing, and optimizing digital campaigns for pipeline impact.
  • Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data, build attribution models, and forecast pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing or partnering with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to align outbound strategies with campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing stack (e.g., Clay, Copy.ai, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience executing or supporting partner marketing programs with platform, service, and consulting providers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for message-market fit and positioning.
  • Comfortable commuting to Redwood City 3–4 days per week and collaborating in a fast-moving hybrid team.
  • A self-starter mindset and love for individual contribution—you enjoy owning initiatives from start to finish.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes accordingly.
