Job Title: Product Scrum Master / Scrum Program Manager
Location: DHA Phase-8, Lahore (on-site role)Job Responsibilities:At Algo, we’re scaling our product and engineering teams fast — and we need a Scrum Master / Program Manager to help us deliver with focus, speed, and consistency.In this role, you’ll be the program management counterpart to Product Operations: driving agile excellence, clearing delivery roadblocks, and ensuring that our cross-functional teams execute effectively against ambitious product goals. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to keep teams aligned, on track, and continuously improving.What You’ll Own:• Lead agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) across multiple teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.• Identify and remove delivery blockers — from resource constraints to scope misalignment — so teams can move faster and with greater confidence.• Build delivery transparency by managing sprint health, burn-down charts, and progress tracking, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into team performance.• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and risks, ensuring complex initiatives land on time and with high quality.• Foster a culture of agile best practices and delivery excellence, helping teams improve estimation, planning, and execution.• Partner with the Product Operations Lead to align on broader program plans, roadmaps, and launch readiness — ensuring delivery is tightly integrated with product strategy.Qualifications Needed:• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Program Manager, or similar delivery-focused role in SaaS or technology environments.• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and a passion for helping teams apply them effectively.• Strong facilitation and coaching skills — able to drive productive team ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.• Sharp organizational and project management abilities — you thrive at keeping multiple teams coordinated and on track.• Excellent communicator — able to surface risks, escalate effectively, and align diverse stakeholders across Product and Engineering.• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and large-scale delivery efforts, ideally in a fastpaced, scaling environment.• Excited to partner closely with Product Operations to create a well-run, high-performing product and engineering organization.
