Your Impact.
As a communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and evolving our internal and franchise communications strategy. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between leadership, employees, and franchise owners ensuring alignment, clarity, and engagement across the company. You’ll also collaborate with an external agency on social media and brand communications. Your contributions will directly support embedding The We Way, driving transparency, and fostering a culture where everyone from agents to executives feels informed, inspired, and empowered, ultimately helping us deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities.
Internal and Franchise Communications (70%)
- Own and evolve the internal communication strategy to support employee engagement, operational alignment, and a thriving culture
- Lead communication planning for organizational updates, initiatives, leadership messaging, and change management
- Develop tools, templates, and campaigns to help leaders communicate effectively and consistently across teams and franchise locations
- Partner with HR, Franchise Operations, Sales, and Leadership to embed core values into ongoing communication
- Develop content for town halls, newsletters, intranet, video scripts, and executive communications
- Bring The We Way, to life in everyday communications reinforcing our values and mission at every touchpoint
External Communications (30%)
- Partner with an external agency to support brand visibility through social media, franchise marketing, and executive thought leadership
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across internal and external platforms
- Support selecting PR and employer brand communications, including recruiting and culture storytelling
- Assist in crisis communication planning and execution when needed
Your Experience.
- 6+ years in communications (internal, corporate, or employee communications experience highly preferred)
- Proven ability to communicate clearly across distributed, multi-function teams ideally in a growth-stage or franchise-driven business
- Strong writing/editing/storytelling skills; able to tailor voice and message for a range of audiences
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience partnering with or managing marketing/PR agencies a plus
- Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- A passion for building authentic culture and connecting people to purpose
