What you’ll do:
- Own and refine Business Development operations to ensure the team operates efficiently and scales effectively.
- Optimize workflows, tools, and systems to improve visibility and execution across Business Development efforts.
- Serve as a process lead; collaborating across teams (Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing) to align initiatives and eliminate friction.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and automation to increase efficiency.
- Act as a strategic operational partner, helping solve operational bottlenecks, and ensure scalable execution.
Who you are:
- Experienced in Sales, Business Development or Customer Success Operations - you understand how Sales teams operate, but you are not a seller.
- Comfortable in startup or high-growth environments; you thrive amidst change and ambiguity.
- A hands-on executor - you don't just advise; you implement processes, roll out tools, and drive enablement initiatives.
- Process-driven yet adaptable - you structure workflows and improve execution without overcomplicating.
- A cross-functional collaborator - you work seamlessly across multiple teams in Revenue Department.
Technically savvy - you're proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and comfortable with automation and reporting.
Skills:
- 4+ years in Business Development Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations within a startup or scaling sales organization.
- Strong CRM experience; Salesforce preferred, but not a must.
- Proven ability to create, refine, and implement processes that drive productivity and clarity.
- Experience working closely with Business Development, Sales, and/or Customer Success teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; you think strategically while executing tactically.
- Highly structured and process-oriented, with a strong bias for action.

This is an office-based role, working at least 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) in our Zagreb office.
