Overview:


We are hiring a Customer Solutions Manager to support the successful adoption and long-term value realization of our construction technology solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical advisory, working closely with clients and internal delivery teams after the sale is closed.This is not a deployment or implementation role, but requires a strong understanding of project delivery to guide customers, troubleshoot challenges, and align solution use with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with clients post-sales to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and success with our technology.
  • Act as a solution advisor, helping clients translate site workflows into meaningful use cases.
  • Support the delivery team by managing expectations, clarifying scope, and ensuring alignment between client needs and technical execution.
  • Own the strategic relationship with key accounts, ensuring long-term retention and value expansion.
  • Proactively manage issues, provide high-quality communication, and serve as the escalation point for sensitive client situations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, product, engineering) to relay feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Travel to client sites across Saudi Arabia as needed.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction tech, customer success, or solution engineering roles.
  • Background in project delivery or construction site operations is essential.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
  • Located in Riyadh, with flexibility to travel.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and damage control abilities.
