Summary:
The Client Solutions org consists of a Client Success group who serves as the relationship manager for Institutional and Financial Institution clients,
while the Client Services team provides support to both consumer and Institutional clients for their associated products.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Strategic leadership role responsible for architecting and establishing client-facing teams, processes and workflows for Client Services and Client Success functions, supporting both consumer and institutional clients.
- Act as a key project owner to drive success with multiple new vendor projects that will provide support infrastructure for Client Solutions teams.
- Partner with Operations leadership to design support processes and procedures for traditional consumer deposit products as well as emerging digital asset products and services.
- Key stakeholder for future new product and service initiatives.
- Establish the Client Solutions infrastructure necessary for evolving product delivery to market.
- Identify and participate in designing training to meet the needs of Client Solutions team members.
- Develop a feedback process with the Product team to drive product evolution leveraging feedback or demand from daily Client interactions.
- Ability to think creatively with demonstrated experience solving unique delivery challenges that meet operational and regulatory requirements while supporting a premier client experience.
- Able to quickly pivot and balance multiple, high-priority initiatives successfully.
- Proven track record of building successful teams
- Flexibility to travel monthly to headquarters office and occasional additional travel for key meetings or industry events.
- This role is a critical leadership role within the Bank Operations organization, and will have the opportunity to influence and impact a growing financial institution. This role will also act as a backup for the SVP, Bank Operations.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of banking and leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Energetic, patient, positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Analytical problem solver who can work well under pressure and time constraints while maintaining high standards of accuracy
